Terms of Service

The terms governing Purple Heaven accounts, astrology tools, readings, bookings, subscriptions, payments, and related services.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Purple Heaven Cosmology (“Purple Heaven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of purpleheaven.app, Purple Heaven applications, charts, calculators, artificial-intelligence features, written or live readings, consultations, bookings, subscriptions, communications, and any related content or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, booking a session, or buying a subscription or other offering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. If local law gives you stronger consumer rights, those rights control to the extent of any conflict.

Some features, offerings, promotions, or third-party platform integrations may have additional terms shown before you use or purchase them. Those terms supplement these Terms for that feature or transaction. If they conflict, the more specific term controls only for the feature or transaction to which it applies.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children. By using them, you represent that:

  • you meet these requirements;
  • information you provide is accurate and you have authority to provide it;
  • you will use the Services only for lawful, personal purposes; and
  • if you use the Services for or about another person, you have that person’s permission to provide their information and request the reading.

Do not submit another person’s birth data, health information, private communications, or other personal information without their informed permission.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. Keep credentials confidential, use a unique password, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate an account. We may require identity or payment verification, refuse registration, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or the public.

You are responsible for maintaining current contact and billing information. Messages sent to the email address associated with your account will be treated as delivered to you.

3. Astrology is cultural education and entertainment

All astrology, divination, fortune-telling, traditional cosmology, and related material available through the Services is provided solely for cultural education, entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual or philosophical exploration. This includes, without limitation:

  • Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi, Four Pillars, I Ching, Tongshu, almanac, timing, compatibility, destiny, luck, fortune, and relationship material;
  • natal, annual, monthly, daily, synastry, medical-astrology, Five-Element, and traditional Chinese medicine perspectives;
  • charts, calculations, interpretations, predictions, recommendations, generated answers, and live or written readings; and
  • content produced by people, software, artificial intelligence, traditional rules, or any combination of them.

Astrology is not a scientifically validated method for establishing facts, diagnosing conditions, predicting events, or determining what any person should do. A chart or reading is symbolic and interpretive. It is not a promise, warranty, certainty, command, or statement of objective fact. No outcome is guaranteed, and past results, testimonials, traditions, or examples do not establish that you will experience the same result.

You remain solely responsible for your beliefs, choices, actions, omissions, relationships, safety, and results. Use your own judgment, consider reliable real-world evidence, and seek an appropriately licensed professional when a decision carries meaningful health, legal, financial, safety, or other consequences.

Purple Heaven is not acting as your doctor, therapist, dietitian, pharmacist, lawyer, accountant, investment adviser, financial planner, fiduciary, emergency service, or other licensed professional. Using the Services does not create a professional, fiduciary, confidential, doctor-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, or similar relationship.

Health and medical astrology

Health, vitality, Five-Element, medical-astrology, and traditional-practice content describes historical or cultural frameworks for reflection. It is not medical or mental-health advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, injury, symptom, disability, or health condition. It does not establish that a suggested herb, food, supplement, exercise, breathing practice, sleep practice, ritual, timing choice, or other activity is effective or safe for you.

Do not use the Services to replace professional care, testing, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not start, stop, delay, or change medication, supplements, therapy, surgery, emergency care, or any treatment because of the Services. Practices that appear gentle or traditional can still cause allergies, interactions, injury, pregnancy-related risk, or other harm. Consult a qualified clinician who knows your circumstances before acting on health-related content.

If you believe you may have a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately. The Services are not monitored or designed for emergencies.

Legal, tax, business, investment, credit, insurance, gambling, and financial content is not professional advice or a recommendation to enter, avoid, buy, sell, hold, sign, file, or otherwise act on any transaction or legal matter. Markets, laws, deadlines, and personal circumstances change. Consult a qualified professional and review authoritative, current information before acting. Never risk money or property you cannot afford to lose based on a reading.

Relationship and life decisions

Compatibility, romance, family, career, fertility, relocation, and other life readings are reflective only. They do not determine another person’s character, consent, intentions, fidelity, safety, health, or future behavior. Do not use a reading to control, surveil, discriminate against, threaten, diagnose, or make decisions for another person. Respect consent and base consequential decisions on direct communication and trustworthy evidence.

5. Predictions, uncertainty, and your assumption of risk

Predictions and auspicious or inauspicious labels express traditional interpretations, not guarantees. Dates, fortunes, relationship outcomes, health themes, and financial themes may be incomplete, inaccurate, ambiguous, or wrong. Calculation engines may also differ because of calendar conventions, time zones, true-solar-time methods, source traditions, software versions, or input errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly choose to use and rely on the Services at your own risk. You accept responsibility for independently checking inputs and outputs and for any decision you make after receiving content. You should not use the Services when you are unable or unwilling to exercise independent judgment.

6. Artificial intelligence and automated output

Some Services use artificial intelligence or automated calculation systems. Generated content may be novel, inconsistent, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or confidently wrong. Similar inputs may produce different outputs. The Services may misunderstand a question or combine traditional systems in ways a practitioner would not.

Review generated output critically. Do not represent it as verified fact or professional advice. We may apply technical and safety controls, but those controls are not perfect and do not transfer responsibility for your decisions to Purple Heaven.

7. Profiles, inputs, and readings about other people

You retain responsibility for information you submit. You represent that you have all permissions needed for us to process that information to provide the Services. Do not submit unnecessary government identifiers, payment-card numbers, medical records, passwords, intimate images, confidential legal materials, or information you are prohibited from sharing.

Birth time and location affect calculations. Incomplete or inaccurate inputs may materially change a result. Purple Heaven does not independently verify birth records or other user-supplied facts.

8. Bookings and consultations

When Purple Heaven offers a booked reading, consultation, class, or event, the price, duration, format, practitioner, included deliverables, and any offering-specific terms shown when you book are part of these Terms. If an offering-specific term conflicts with this section, the clearly disclosed offering-specific term controls for that booking.

Unless a different policy is clearly disclosed before purchase:

  • you may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a refund or one replacement time;
  • cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start and no-shows are nonrefundable, except where required by law;
  • if you arrive late, the session may end at the scheduled time and the full charge may still apply;
  • if we cancel, we will offer a reasonable replacement time or refund the amount paid for that booking; and
  • third-party payment or currency-conversion fees already and lawfully incurred may be excluded from a refund when permitted by law and disclosed.

Use the method in your confirmation message to cancel or reschedule. A session may be ended without refund for harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, unlawful activity, recording without consent, or repeated disruption. We may decline questions or end a reading that exceeds the announced scope, presents an emergency, or requests professional diagnosis, illegal conduct, or harm.

Unless everyone expressly agrees beforehand, you may not record, publish, stream, train a model on, or commercially exploit a private session. We may keep internal notes or a recording only when disclosed and permitted under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Subscriptions, automatic renewal, and cancellation

If you buy a subscription, the checkout page will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal term, included benefits, trial or promotional terms, and how to cancel before you consent and are charged. Subscriptions automatically renew for the disclosed renewal period at the then-disclosed price until canceled. Taxes may apply.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for each renewal. We will provide a confirmation you can retain. Where required, we will also provide renewal or price-change reminders.

You may cancel an online subscription online at any time using the cancellation control in your account, the direct cancellation method in your receipt or renewal notice, or another easy-to-use electronic method we identify. Cancellation stops future renewal charges once processed. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, you may continue using paid benefits through the end of the already-paid billing period, and deleting an app or abandoning an account does not itself cancel a subscription.

Free trials and promotional prices convert to paid subscriptions only on the terms disclosed when you enroll. Cancel before the disclosed deadline to avoid the next charge. We may change subscription prices or material terms prospectively after giving the notice required by law. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

Except where the offer states otherwise or law requires a refund, subscription charges are nonrefundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for a partially used billing period. This does not limit rights involving unauthorized, duplicate, mistaken, or legally refundable charges.

10. Payments, taxes, and billing issues

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for accurate payment information. Payment processing may be provided by a third party under its own terms.

Contact us promptly about a billing error so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising a lawful chargeback or statutory payment right, but knowingly making a false dispute or chargeback may violate these Terms and the law.

11. Limited license and intellectual property

Purple Heaven and its licensors own the Services, software, design, compilation, branding, and original content, except for material you own or that is identified as third-party material. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Services for your own noncommercial purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass access controls for, or create a competing dataset or service from the Services, except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law. You may keep and share a reasonable personal copy of a reading, but may not imply Purple Heaven endorses you or guarantees the reading.

12. Your content and feedback

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Purple Heaven a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display it only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms, subject to our Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily provide product ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but this does not give us permission to publicly identify you or disclose your private chart, conversation, or personal information.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud or harm;
  • harass, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or threaten anyone;
  • obtain or publish private information without permission;
  • generate medical diagnoses, instructions for self-harm, unlawful legal evasion, deceptive financial promotions, or other dangerous directives;
  • probe security, introduce malware, overload systems, automate abusive access, or evade technical limits;
  • impersonate a person or misrepresent generated content as professional advice or guaranteed fact; or
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary and lawful to protect safety, comply with process, or enforce these Terms.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party hosting, identity, mapping, artificial-intelligence, booking, communications, payment, and other services. Third parties may have separate terms and privacy practices. Purple Heaven does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or transactions, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or permanent availability. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security events, law, or force-majeure events may interrupt access. When required, we will give notice or a remedy for a material change to a paid Service.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PURPLE HEAVEN DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.

We do not warrant that any chart, prediction, compatibility result, health or vitality perspective, date selection, generated answer, practitioner statement, or other content is accurate, complete, safe, effective, timely, or suitable for you. Disclaimers do not exclude any warranty that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PURPLE HEAVEN AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, HEALTH, RELATIONSHIPS, OR BUSINESS; OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PURPLE HEAVEN FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) US$100.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and are an essential basis of the bargain. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, which may include liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or violation of certain statutory rights, depending on applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Purple Heaven and its owners, personnel, contractors, and licensors from third-party claims, damages, judgments, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not require you to indemnify anyone for their own unlawful conduct and does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions; follow the cancellation method in Section 9 to stop recurring charges.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirement, danger to others, or discontinuation of the Services. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.

20. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a formal claim, you and Purple Heaven agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve it informally. Send a notice describing the issue and requested resolution to the contact address below. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims process, and it does not extend a legal deadline unless the law permits.

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain available. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Purple Heaven’s principal place of business, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. We will provide legally required notice before a material change takes effect. Changes apply prospectively; your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and cancel any subscription.

22. General terms

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Services unless a separate signed agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including provider outages, network failures, natural disasters, labor disruptions, emergencies, or changes in law. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or joint-venture relationship, and no person other than the parties has third-party-beneficiary rights unless these Terms expressly say otherwise. Headings are for convenience only.
